It must have been a little work to do the research for this post.  Well done.  I guess the nature of my blog puts me in the bath salts category.  I feel that it is important to feel good.  &quot;Feeling Good&quot; is only one letter  away from &quot;Feeling God.&quot;

Feeling good  has  a positive effect on the immune system and our ability to remain healthy.  People who are always angry or worrisome tend to have health issues.  Individuals that are positive tend to be healthier and more alert to the world around them.

When you focus on negativity you lose sight of all the good that is around us.  Positive people appreciate flowers, the birds, simple blades of grass.   Deal with your daily routine but never lose sight of the One that made all of this beauty possible.
