Effective Ministry Resources For Managing Church Growth
I know that Growing Your Church is the work of the Holy Spirit. The Church is not ours it belongs to God. I fully agree with you. However, this same God gifted us with the task of leadership for the management and administration of the gifts of the Church.
It takes wisdom and humility to admit that we need additional help to get the task done. Faced with the awesome and humbling task of church leadership, I know I need all the help I can get.

Who Needs Church Management Resources?
If you are a pastor or minister, a small group leader, church department head or even a member without a title but with all the responsibilities - you need help.
If you are involved in anyway with the planning and implementation of programs and events related to church leadership, then you will need church management resources.
How else will you keep track of :-

* Membership growth and movements
* Technology and church communication
* Ministry and Mission
* Worship needs and trends
Need I even mention Stewardship of the church’s assets. Neither did I touch the troublesome issue of the church building and properties. Perhaps you don’t even want to be reminded of your church office and equipment.
No church can grow numerically or spiritually where the leadership is not equipped. Even after explosive growths, it soon becomes apparent that there is the need to become organized. Why? To be able to manage what is taking place.

Perhaps like many of my colleagues in ministry, you need additional resources to assist you in the task of growing your church or to keep up with the growth of your church. Resources are nothing by themselves. Gifted leaders are soon burnt out without a smart way of organizing their work. Much church growth becomes stunted, because too few people are overworked.
It is a chore in itself to keep up with Bible Studies, Sermons, home and hospital visits plus keep up with church membership software, church accounting software, church website, church blog, and the children’s ministry and….(I think you get the point).
